La Roxelane

The house

It is situated near the small very typical village of Viens in the centre of a ground of 5.100 m ² raised with green oaks.

The access, serving only some neighbouring properties, is little busy, what confers a very big peace.

The terrace of 68m ² is explained to the South, it is partially sheltered with a porch and a pergola.

The swimming pool, enclosed with alarm: 12,6 metres x 6 metres, is decorated with a Roman bath and has a surface of 80 m ². Lighting of the beach and of the swimming pool by night. Two garden tables with chairs are at the disposal of the tenants. Six "suntops" are arranged at the edge of the swimming pool.

For your comfort, the house is equipped of:
- Central heating in all the rooms + chimney in the lounge.
- Stone floor in all the rooms
- Living room, lounge : 32 m ².
- Sofa 3 places convertible, 1 armchair, library, TV, reader CD, reader DVD.
- Kitchen 10 m ² opened, fridge-freezer (300L), dishwasher, washer, microwave, electric oven in pyrolise, hot plate 3 fires gas + 1 electric patch...
- Four bedrooms : bedroom 1 with a bed of 140 cms, bedroom 2 with 1 bed of 90 cms + 2 bunk beds of 90 cms, bedroom 3 with a bed of 140 cms and bedroom 4 with a bed of 90 cms.
- Bathroom with bathtub + bathroom with shower and wc.

Pledge 500 € in the arrival, returned during the departure, after deduction of possible damages.
Electricity: 0.2 € / kWh
Linen supplied on inquiry 12 € / anybody and by exchange
Firewood and Cleaning at the end of stay offered.
Accepted animals.
