La Calade des Viaux

A charming holiday rental

"La calade des Viaux" is an ancien sheepfold and an old hangar completely restored around a calade and reorganized in place of holiday rental.

The houses of "La calade" articulate around a big enclosed swimming pool (17m x 6 m), including a small pond where most young children will be able to bathe without danger.

Every house in summer decorator with care and can welcome 6 or 7 people.

You will find there a kitchen equipped (wash-machin, oven, microwave, hot plate, refrigerator), a big living room with fireplace (in 3 houses), 3 or 4 bedrooms, all with shower-room, (and giving on a terrace - solarium according to houses) and a big terrace closed by small stone walls.

Rates

Weekly rates vary according to the season:
- In April and in May: The amount of the week oscillates between 650 € and 1000 €.
- In June and in September: Weekly prices vary between 950 € and 1100 €.
- In July: The amount of the week oscillates between 1200 € and 1400 €.
- In August (minimum 2 weeks): The rent is from 1400 € till 1500 € a week.

The amount of the pledge is 1550 €.
