Amma chair massage

You can enjoy this revitalizing break at home, at your hotel or at workplace.
The Amma chair massage is performed while the client sits fully clothed in an ergonomic chair, during 15 to 30 min.

“Amma” means “to calm by touch”. Forerunner of the Shiatsu, the Amma massage is a 1300 year old acupressure traditional Japanese art. It is a Kata composed by 27 relaxing and reenergizing skillful movements. It stimulates the acupuncture meridians, increases the circulation of the energy throughout the body. It gives vitality and wellness sensation immediately.

Tuina massage

From more than 3000 years, the Tuina is one of the four major pillars of the Chinese traditional medicine, together with acupuncture, pharmacopeia and dietetic.

This art of care uses hands to restore the health and bring the physical and mental balance of the patient back.
The Tuina reestablishes the deep organ functions and the free circulation of the energy. It uses highly elaborated techniques, based on the knowledge of the main fourteen meridians and their acupuncture points.

The Gunfa : hand and wrist rotary movement very efficient to relieve muscle stiffness and stress-induced tensions. The Zhenfa : very fast - 600 pulsing per minute - and powerful vibratory technique of the hand. These are 2 of the numerous techniques used in the Tuina.

The Tuina massage is performed on a table, using organic massage oils, during about 1h15.

For the first session, an energetic checkup and health questionnaire are made to adapt the treatment and permit the patient’s follow up.

Born about 2500 years ago, the Buddhist traditional Thai massage comes from Chinese and Indian traditions. Far away from the touristic cliché, it is a true art of living. In Thailand, it is performed in medical centers, temples, and at home within the family.
The traditional Thai massage is a mix of muscles kneading, acupressure and stretching which aim is to harmonize and increase the energy circulation in the body.
You are laid down on the floor, on a comfortable carpet, clothes on during 1h30.
Carried out on a regular basis, it actively helps stress and toxins flushing out, muscles and joints tensions elimination, makes your body thinner to recover balance and wellbeing.
